SHIPPING
All Paypal orders have a 48 hour processing time. Google Checkout add an extra 5 business days. The expected total waiting time is about 4-8 days for most of our merchandise.
Free shipping is available on most products.
Returns
If you are not happy with your item you can return it for a refund or exchange. Please contact us for a return authorization number at least 3 days after receiving the merchandise.
We will not accept unauthorized returns.
Please allow up to 7 days to process your return once it reaches us. If you require an immediate replacement, please place another order separately and we will refund your original order.
When returning items please use tracking numbers and confirmation of delivery to insure that the items reaches us safely. We are not responsible for lost merchandise.
In order to process a refund or exchange for store you must first email our offices at [email protected] for an ARN (authorized return number)
The return request has to be within 3 days of receipt of products.
All returned merchandise will be carefully inspected and must meet the following criteria or else they will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense:
1. The returned item(s) must be shipped back and post marked within 3 business days after receiving your order.
2. Include a copy of your purchase invoice.
3. Merchandise is in the same condition as when it was shipped to the customer, including but not limited to appearance (dirt marks, pen marks, alterations), color, and odor (perfume, smoke). If any perfume is found to be on the item, merchandise will be immediately returned.
4. Merchandise must have original tags attached. If tags have been removed, merchandise will be immediately returned.
5. Merchandise must accompany its original protective covering, hangers, matching shawl and/or similar accessories.
If for any reason these criteria’s are not met, your item will be returned.
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
